Susan's business development experience ranges from Fortune 500 companies to federal government and small business....essential tools to help chart Runners growth.

Susan’s love of the outdoors and exercise was realized when she was recently introduced to the fine art of road bicycles. When not out exploring a new adventure, you can find her gardening, traveling or planning a new interior, floral or graphic design.

Kevin Joyce | Operations Manager

Kevin brings over 30 years of Transportation Management experience to us Runners. Give him your problems and he will give you his solutions.

In addition to his duties as Captain of an accomplished Pool Team, Kevin serves as a volunteer for the Oriole Advocates to promote an interest in baseball. One of the projects the Advocates have undertaken is the Cardboard to Leather(sm) program to provide good used baseball equipment to underprivileged youth in the Dominican Republic, Cuba, and Nicaragua.

When not creating a new canvas, you can find him bowling in several leagues or traveling to yet another exciting location.

Roy Fritts is a native of the Washington, D.C. area and brings over 23 years of solid courier industry experience to Runners, Inc. His “hands-on” background includes driving as a courier, dispatching and providing exceptional customer service. In his “spare” time, Roy raises thoroughbred horses and chases his grandchildren around the farm.
